WHERE DOES THE NAME TUNNEL COME FROM?
There used to be a beach tunnel on Taraval Street. In fact, there were tunnels built at Wawona and Judah Streets as well.
Built in the late 1920s, these tunnels provided pedestrian access to Ocean Beach beneath the Great Highway. They were removed in the 1980s, but you can still see remnants of the tunnel at the beach today at Taraval Street.

WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH SHIPPING?
All orders are processed and shipped from our San Francisco location within one to two business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Please note that Saturday deliveries at this time can not be offered.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.
TUNNEL RECORDS + BEACH GOODS is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.
Shipping within the United States
We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. Orders that total more than $500 will require adult signature for delivery.
International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. TUNNEL RECORDS + BEACH GOODS is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks. In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In-Store Return Policy:
Returns will be honored* within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange with original copy of your receipt. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in its original packaging.
Online Return Policy:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery*. The item must be returned to us in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your original receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
All returns must be approved by TUNNEL RECORDS + BEACH GOODS.
*TUNNEL RECORDS + BEACH GOODS reserves the right to refuse returns.
